Refund

I placed an order for the arm kit for my Audi A4 car.
Delivery was scheduled for yesterday.
I received nothing, but I did receive a message from the seller saying the parcel can’t arrive!!!! They offered me a refund or to send another item! I asked them to send me another item quickly because I need the kit to get the inspection done, and since this morning I haven’t received anything regarding the shipment. I’d like a refund so I can order another item.

Don't do anything outside the site... (messages or private communications that ebay can't see...)
