Good evening, I bought a phone on eBay, when I was going through checkout I saw a message saying there was an error with the payment, which means the payment cannot be made, but strangely at the same minute the money was debited from my Visa card. The seller denies that he did not receive the money, help me so that I can be refunded, strangely I do not see the phone in my purchase history to open a dispute. I do not know if this seller is a **bleep** or what, please help me.
