hello everyone
I returned an item that was delivered to the seller and they’re asking me to "close the return" so they can refund me
I don’t know what action I need to take to "close the return"
does anyone know how to do it?

Have you recorded the return parcel tracking number?
if yes, the refund will follow.
or else you use the option "ask ebay to step in"
