Hello, I’m reaching out to the eBay community because I’ve had a problem for a little under 10 days. I sent an item back to the seller as agreed since September 23. The seller received it and I was supposed to get a refund before the 30th, but I still haven’t received any refund in my bank account. And I’d really like to get a refund as soon as possible because this is something that cost me more than €300 what do you do in this kind of situation? I should mention that the seller hasn’t replied to me since September 25. Thanks in advance for any feedback as soon as possible.
