buyer refund
a buyer is asking me to cancel their order; so ok; I do the refund but the refund is not total; it deducts the selling fees from me; so they paid me 8 euros but I can only refund 6.85; why?

the refund to the buyer will indeed be 8 euros.
Go to the refund details or to the " payments " tab in the Seller Hub to understand why, on your end, you have the amount of 6.85 euros. (everything is very well detailed and explained)
