refund after dispute closure?
hello
a very simple question, after the closure of a dispute for item not received and after the seller refunded me without any problem, if in the end we receive the item several months later, is there an obligation to refund the seller in your opinion?

if I talk about obligation, it's because it's quite possible that the seller has already been reimbursed, on the one hand, for part of their shipping costs and, on the other hand, by the insurance put on their parcel...

Mentor2 years agoExcept that you don't know anything about that, and the fact remains that you are currently holding an item that does not belong to you. It would be appropriate to contact your seller, not to start from an assumption that makes your conscience feel better...
