Hello, I bought two items for €150 each on March 28 and I canceled the order with the seller because the items were too defective after I had looked at them carefully. The seller canceled the order and refunded me on March 31 and did not send the order; however, I had paid with my bank card from my PayPal account and PayPal sent the refund to the bank account and not to the card, and today, April 7, the money is still not in my account. For your information, the bank card is linked to the bank account where PayPal sent the money, and today I am asking for help because I still do not have the money and PayPal is asking me to contact ebay sarl to resolve this refund issue. Can you help me, thank you
