Refund of return shipping costs
hello
The seller sent me the wrong item.
I would like to return it, but in the listing it says The buyer pays return shipping fees.
So my question is, do I have to pay the return shipping fees despite the seller sending the wrong order?
The item cost 17.12 euros and considering that I have to send it back to Germany

The return shipping is at the buyer's expense, that's in the case where they change their mind ..
If you make a return request for an item that isn't as described, the seller has to cover the costs ...
Since he's in Germany, you'll probably have to pay the shipping costs upfront ...
