OP3 years agoI sent all the requested documents almost 2 months ago ...
I contacted them (painfully) a few days ago, and the only response was that I need to resend the documents (that makes 4 times!)
It’s clearly a refusal to reimburse this VAT.
I’m wondering where the money is; I’m going to reach out to the European Commission to blow this scam wide open.
