Mondial Relay refund in July
Following the loss of a package by Mondial Relay, the refund to the buyer has been made. The dispute with Mondial Relay resulted in a refund to Ebay but I have no trace of it and they are asking me to contact them, but I can't! how can I get this refund from Ebay that Mondial Relay made in their favor and not in mine (since the package payment goes through the platform!)

OP1 year agoThanks, I was never able to get to this answer because they were asking me for the subject and since it’s in May, I couldn’t find it..
