Reimbursement of shipping costs for a group order
A buyer wants to buy several items from my account, but it seems that Ebay is asking them to pay for everything, leaving it up to me to refund the overpayment. How should we do this?

Create a global listing for him for all the items he wants to buy, calculate the shipping costs and put it online so he can buy it...
let him know of your intention.
If it's still at the "wish" stage, the operation poses no problem.
On the other hand... if the items are already in his cart, it's a bit more complicated because the buyer has to cancel/remove each item from his cart... and then buy the listing you created for him.
