Refund for a purchase never received with an ecard

Hello

I made a purchase 1 month ago (which I never received) by paying with the ecard system (a fictitious credit card). EBAY is offering to refund me, but since it isn't a real visa card, I'm afraid the refund won't work.

It's to your ecard system that you need to ask the question; they must have a protocol in this case (whatever purchase platform is used).
