Refund for a buyer for a package not received

Hello. I can't seem to refund a buyer who didn't receive the package because when I try to issue the refund, I can't enter the security code on the back of my bank card. I tried with another card and it's the same problem, the security number doesn't work

Hello ,

have you tried changing browsers ?

Otherwise, do a cleanup of your browser by logging out of e Bay , delete your browsing history , cookies and other data .
