Hello,I’m trying to contact Customer Service about an incomplete refund regarding order 2*******.The seller refunded the item but not the €55.99 return shipping fee, even though the item was not as described (incompatible mounts and connectors).The return is marked “Completed” and I no longer have access to the dispute form.Could you please forward my case to the expert team for review?Thank you.
