refund not received
hello, in February I placed an order and paid but I never received the item, the seller admitting not having sent it! but since then I still haven't been refunded; I called eBay and someone told me that indeed I was right and that I would receive an email with a link to finally get refunded... except that I still haven't received anything and they haven't called me back as agreed! what should I do ??? thanks

It's far too old to still have any recourse on ebay.
