Hello or good evening, returned item, the Post Office has confirmed delivery, dated September 05. eBay announced a refund delay of up to 5 business days maximum (which takes us to the 11th). But the refund still does not appear in my account history (bank). Since customer service does not exist, we are redirected to this forum. What should I do? Thank you very much for your help.
