Refund not visible in bank account

After buying a Marvel Legends retro card Venom figure on 12/24/2023, the seller notified me that it wasn’t available the day after I bought it. The seller canceled it and issued a refund visible on the order, but since December 26, 2023, there has been no trace of the refund on my bank account or PayPal.

It’s been over a month; does anyone have any solutions to offer me for my problem.

Contact Customer Service here---> eBay customer service

Do it during business hours and ask to be called back...

Normally eBay should have a record of the debit somewhere, as well as the account number (or card) that was credited.. There may be an error at that level.. (a typo in the account numbers for example...)
