Hello,
I bought a punching bag stand from a professional seller, [Pseudo]. It turns out that he is in another country and therefore it can't be delivered. So they are telling me they have to cancel the purchase and refund me. I wanted to know the refund timeframe, since the amount has already been taken from my account. Also, I made this purchase before creating an eBay account, so when I try to send a message to the seller to find out when I will be refunded, it's not possible.
