eBay refund of import taxes collected at purchase and paid again upon delivery
hello,
how can I get eBay to refund the import taxes and fees they collected in advance instead of the French customs administration?
I was forced to pay the full amount of these taxes a second time or else the parcel would be sent back to the seller in the USA.
I have proof of payment of the customs duties and taxes, but what procedure should I follow on eBay's deliberately opaque site to get this resolved?????
