Partial reimbursement of a dispute

Hello,
I purchased 2 products at a unit price of €77.99 with shipping, for a total of €155.98. I never heard from the seller, so I opened a dispute with Ebay.
The platform responded quickly, with a refund of €77.99, which is the price of just one product.
The dispute was closed, and it is impossible for me to open a second one to get the full refund for my order.
There is only one and the same order, for 2 units of the same product, bought with Buy It Now. I don't understand why I was only refunded for one product, can you help me?
