Good evening, I ordered some ink, the ink was refunded to me within the hour but not the shipping costs, so I asked for the cancellation but the seller refused it, he won't refund me the shipping costs, it's unbelievable, it's surely a scam, how should I proceed, should I call eBay by phone, the shipping costs aren't high but it's a matter of principle, it's a scam!
