after a purchase from this seller, the delivery of a laptop arrived damaged after delivery we had several exchanges to try to find common ground and agreed on a partial refund however, after all this the seller did not give me any news, had me close the dispute to avoid possible legal action, telling me "it’s fine, you can cancel, I’ll refund you, screenshot to back it up" and leaves me with no response I followed up several times without success
