Refund denied
I ordered an item but I decided to cancel 10 minutes after the purchase, however the seller refuses to accept the refund request. What annoys me is that he doesn't respond to any of my messages and he hasn't even sent the package. What's more, I ordered this same item on another site where I found it cheaper.
Please help me
