VAT refund
Hello
I bought an item with import VAT included. Order no. 25-11673-59101.
DHL asked me to pay the import VAT as it had not been declared when the item was sent. So I had to pay the VAT again to them to avoid blocking the delivery.
How can you reimburse me for this VAT?
