Seller refund not received within 5 days
hello, the seller notified us on 30.08.23 that he was processing the refund for the item he cannot send us. since 30.08 we have not received the refund on our VISA card? have you already had refunds, and within what timeframe is this still normal?? thanks

if you haven't received any email from eBay informing you of this refund, it's because the seller hasn't done it ...
If that's the case, follow the advice of @jacquelinedu36 by opening a dispute for item not received.

It would be good to leave feedback for your sellers
