Refund/return of merchandise
It’s the first time I’ve used Ebay. I don’t know how to go about returning an item I ordered. The return period was exceeded by 4 days because my garage only got back to me after that time and the part ordered didn’t fit. What should I do since the item doesn’t show up either…thank you for your help.

"The return deadline has been exceeded by 4 days" = so no further recourse is possible on eBay, in accordance with the Terms of Use (30 days from the delivery date)

the order is still listed in your purchase history: change the display period at the top of the section (but that won’t change the missed action deadline).
If you bought from a professional seller in France, contact them directly (their contact details are at the bottom of the listing).
