Refund for lost package
so the problem is that I sold an Apple headset on leboncoin with the shipping company Mondial Relay and they lost the package, so the buyer was refunded but I wasn’t. I contacted Mondial Relay and they said I would be refunded via the eBay app but I haven’t heard anything

You sell on B.Coin and you'd like to use eBay for a refund...??
That's totally incoherent.
Contact Mondial Relay again... they lost a package.. they have to reimburse you if you have all the evidence to prove that you are indeed the sender of the package... Use your drop-off receipt as proof.
