Hello,
I bought an item on eBay, and the seller is asking for my email address, address, and mobile number. Without that, he says he won't be able to send me the package. Is this normal? It's the first time I've been asked for this kind of thing.

Sometimes eBay does not provide all the information needed by the carrier, which it needs so that you can have tracking.

Isn't the seller supposed to have all this information when the purchase is made? Isn't this a scam?
