Hello, I placed an order in England for delivery to France. Tracking was activated once the tracking information was provided by the seller on 10/29, but since then nothing. Today is November 2 and there’s no more information for now (Royal Mail shipment). Maybe this is normal; the tracking may not be very good quality??
Thank you for your reply, I can't track the parcel directly on the carrier's website, in fact I have a Royal Mail number and an International number 2 different ones, the only active one is the international one, which only shows the 29th that it was created; on the other hand I tried the other one directly with Royal Mail, but nothing, not active

Between the fact that your order comes from the United Kingdom and the public holiday, the delay is nothing unusual.
For tracking, check it directly on the carrier's website and not on eBay because there may be update issues.
