Hello, I recently bought an item that turned out to be defective. The seller and I agreed to make a return, and we completed the process through eBay. eBay told me I had until January 3 to send the package. I sent it on 12/27, but it still hasn’t arrived and it’s not certain it will arrive by the 3rd. I received a message from eBay telling me it was time for me to return the package otherwise the process could be closed and I might not be refunded. I don’t know how to let them know that I sent it on 12/27 but that I don’t control the date the package will arrive (it is taking longer to arrive but should be there soon)
