Hello, I made a purchase on May 23 and I didn’t like the product, I asked for a refund and the seller accepted. I sent the package 4 days ago but I haven’t received any confirmation email or any change in the “return information”. I definitely sent the package and signed at the drop-off point, is it normal to have received no update?
It’s my first purchase on ebay, I don’t really understand the difference. I asked the seller for a refund and he agreed, I just printed the shipping slip I received by email and sent it through Mondial Relay. I asked the seller if he had received an email but got no reply
It says “A return request already exists for this item”; I’ve already sent the package with the shipping label. I’m just wondering whether it’s normal not to have any reply or information about the return I made. Thanks
I contacted Mondial Relay and the package arrived at the relay point but the seller is no longer responding. I received an email saying that if I don't send the package before June 11 the refund will be canceled even though I sent it and it's at the relay point

For a return, you need to follow these instructions to create a return request-----> Return an item for a refund | eBay
This allows you to enter the package tracking number in the transaction... and possibly get support from the site.
If you haven't done it... create the request and enter the return number once you have sent the package back....
