Hello, like many, we’re lost with REP.
I’ll explain our situation:
second-hand multi-category sellers (electronics, toys, old or not-so-old video games), books, jewelry.
our products are mostly bought back from private individuals and refurbished. we also sell lots of broken products.
we had a REP number for EMDM but they eventually told us we weren’t actually subject to it.
which REP categories should I select and with whom do we comply (I’ve seen some pretty shady companies mentioned and don’t want to pay for nothing.)
how do you comply for products whose manufacture dates back sometimes several decades.
how do I calculate eco-contribution shares on products that I recycle myself? (and what eco-contribution for products dating from before the law itself?)
as for the repairability index, what do I do for these old products? (what do I put for a Super Nes ??)
can a kind soul help me untangle this gas factory please? thanks 😃 !

what am I subject to regarding packaging, knowing that all my boxes are themselves second-hand? (no packaging purchase invoice)
