What eBay says:
"To protect buyers and sellers, and preserve the safety of the marketplace, you are not allowed to sell your eBay account or transfer ownership of it.
When you get a high feedback score and meet your customers' expectations, your eBay account becomes more valuable. We do not allow accounts to be transferred or sold, because feedback should reflect a seller's performance.
Any attempt to sell an eBay account may result in restrictions on selling and buying privileges, or even the suspension or deletion of the account."
