Restriction on my account
Summary: ga7965 shares their experience with eBay, explaining that their account was unfairly restricted after they tried to sell a Bulgari piece of jewelry. Unfortunately, all the explanations provided by eBay seem automated and unrelated to their situation. francexpressdeal advises trying direct communication with a human eBay representative to resolve the issue.
Good evening, message for information only since it seems that eBay is all-powerful when it suits them and for no reason really, like the message copied below and received after multiple requests for explanations and repeated nonsensical replies from robots I think:
"Your selling practices and your business model do not fully satisfy us, and we believe they do not promote a positive buying and selling experience. Because of the risks your account poses to eBay and the eBay community, your appeal is permanently denied"
Except that... I had never sold anything before posting my listing for a Bulgari piece of jewelry...
For which I was ipso facto given a restriction notice for a sale price of €5300 ???? and immediately after my requests for explanations, an even more unjustified response informing me of the suspension of my account, with arguments that are still just as dubious and false accusations that do not concern me.
Thank you for reading me and for telling me a solution, perhaps if there is one. GP

Mentor1 year agoGood evening @ga7965
no one will be able to provide you with a solution on this forum because only eBay has all the information regarding this restriction.
However, it is indeed very likely that all the messages received were handled automatically.
Have them call you back so you can address this issue with a human being.
