Bidding restrictions
Hello,
I would like to make offers and bid on listings, but Ebay has taken away my ability to do so because I haven't paid for 2 items. These 2 items in question are items that, after the seller approved the offers, were grouped by them into a single listing that I paid for. So I didn't pay all the separate listings.
How can I have this restriction removed?

"These 2 items in question are items that, after the seller validated the offers, were grouped by him into a single listing that I paid for" = the problem is that your seller initiated 2 cancellation procedures for non-payment, and that was the moment when you should have contacted customer service to dispute it...

If not, for the following 12 months after these 2 non-payments, you will only be able to buy from sellers who have not set up their account to block "bad payers"...
