hello,
I was hospitalized and unfortunately haven't been able to access my eBay account for a while
please how do I resolve the delayed delivery problem *
should we refund them or simply cancel the orders please

For late deliveries ... see with your buyers what they think of it...
In fact, this is first handled between them and you... and they will help you determine what to do next in the best interests of both sides....
refund what will cancel the transactions
ship with their agreement on a delivery delay.
(there could be problems from ebay on your seller account... don't be surprised)
