I made a return due to an incompatibility with the item ordered, but I can't manage to enter the tracking number after purchasing the shipping label via eBay. When I click save, nothing happens? Regards

It may perhaps be a bug, which often happens with this function.
In that case, you need to contact Customer Service here------> eBay customer service
to do so during office hours and ask to be called back.
In the meantime, you can clear your browser cache after logging out of eBay... and/or change browser..
That can also help you find a missing function...
