I returned a car part that I bought for 14 euros plus shipping costs. It turned out not to be the right one. I sent it back to its recipient. I had to pay a 12-euro order voucher. And in the end, they refunded me 10 euros as a partial offer! eBay was supposed to refund me the rest, but nothing… Does anyone know why? Or maybe this has happened to one of you already?
