Hello,

I want to return an order because the item doesn't suit me. When I made the return request, I selected the reasons for returning the item as well as a carrier (Mondial Relay), but I didn't receive a return slip to send the parcel back... Could someone help me?

Yet when I go to the return tracking, it says that the parcel was handed over to the carrier and that the refund will be made within the 6 days following delivery...
