A buyer wants to send me back an item they find non-compliant; I disagree because the listing was very clear. At most I'm fine with a return, but there's no way I'm paying the return shipping costs. What should I do? Thanks for your replies. Kind regards

if it's a return for personal convenience without any justification on their part, you are not obliged to accept the return.
Ask them to specify the reasons.
