Yes, the return request was accepted but the seller sent me the postage costs via PayPal to send him the product and then they reimburse me. What I wanted to know is, since it's an expensive phone, who guarantees that he will reimburse me
If you want to be refunded, you need to make the return: you enter the parcel tracking number in the eBay dispute, and if the seller doesn’t do what’s necessary upon receipt, you’ll contact eBay, who will force the refund.
Everything is explained on the help page posted earlier: have you read it?
Your story risks ending in a "scam" if you don't follow the instructions from @koalagris
If your seller.... tells you he will refund you via PayPal if you send the phone back to him... =... he is trying to pull the wool over your eyes...
Go through the "legal" and "cautious" route on the site following the link given by koalagris - you will be protected from any wrongdoing because it is eBay that handles the refund after you provide your return tracking number...
If you don't go through this route... you're wasting time and the seller risks keeping your money and keeping the phone you sent back...
Thank you very much Honestly for me it was not clear at all, the seller offered me 60, then 80, then 100, then he begged me with his Please Please accept the offer. They clearly saw that I wasn't giving in. He accepted the return but supposedly the return label wasn't available, write the address manually, he sent me 50 euros to send the phone and then he’ll reimburse me mmmm. I haven't done anything yet but you're really reassuring me. Thanks again. But with eBay it's not possible to get a case for my ka I really don't know what to do.

Return for what reason?
Have you opened a return request on the site?
