I ordered a throttle cable on the site that shows a photo with a REF I received a cable different from the photo I asked for a return slip by ebay the seller sent me by email a return slip for a clutch slave cylinder I pointed out his mistake their response "you received your order for a refund I must send it back to them at my expense yet my order benefits from the EBAY guarantee why doesn't ebay give me the return slip moreover I have no certainty that the seller will refund me after receipt of the package the seller is " MON PETIT MECANO

OP2 years agoTo this day I haven't received a return label I received this return label which doesn't match my item after contacting the return address "if the item doesn't match the return label NO REFUND" I call that theft I am going to contact the DGCCRF to get a refund this store has no business being on EBAY but the latter does nothing for the refund despite the ebay guarantee
