hello
I sent an item that didn't work
I couldn't test it
I accepted the return and paid
except that the post office didn't leave me a delivery notice
and the item was sent back to the buyer
I filed a claim with the post office to get it back
the buyer wants to tell eBay that I have the item and that he paid me, when NO

You had the tracking number: why not track the shipment online on the postal service website?
