Hello, I ordered a replacement regulator for my motorcycle; the listing stated compatibility with my motorcycle model, and specified that the item was located in France.
The regulator I received did not match the original model, so I informed the seller, who sent me another model, but ... The 2nd regulator received still did not match 😕
A bit discouraged, I then ask the seller to cancel the sale, issue a refund, and tell me the address to which I must send back the 2 items, but the return address provided to me is in Spain ...
So, to be refunded for an item bought that supposedly comes from France, I have to send 2 items back to Spain, and this return that should have cost 4e ends up costing 15e ...
I believe I was misled about the origin of the part, but I can't find anywhere a way to inform ebay of this irregularity, can someone here help me please?

Your seller being Spanish, which is indicated on their seller profile.... it’s no surprise that the return address for the items is in Spain...
On the other hand, if the 2 parts don’t fit even though the references are correct... there’s a problem...
Normally the seller should cover the return shipping costs...
