Hello, I would like to add "returns accepted" to my listings, but I can't figure out how to do it. Could you tell me the procedure, thank you
And is it better or not to include it based on your feedback?

It's just a checkbox on the listing form.
That said, as a private seller, you're not required to use it.
accepted returns means that you agree to take the item back if the buyer changes their mind
rejected returns means that you will only be required to accept a return if the buyer claims the item is not as delivered
= so it's up to you...
