Hello Community, Please excuse me for the inconvenience, I bought an item on ebay for €2,400 and requested a return because the item is counterfeit. The private seller accepted the return almost immediately and sent me a shipping label of his own choosing to send it back. However, this label is for home delivery but without the signature-required option. My question is this: I still have doubts about the seller's intentions, but since he provided the label, if he claims not to have received it (whether in good faith or bad faith, you'll understand which way I feel he is leaning), Could I risk not being refunded (even though he chose the return method), or would that be his problem alone?
