I accepted a return of 9 items, but I misunderstood the process and I’ve already loaded and sent a return label as indicated, but the problem is that it’s the same label as the original delivery (because I thought eBay would make the change themselves). So the buyer must have received the same label, and I don’t know how to send them a return label, knowing that the update has already been made and that the buyer must send the item back before the deadline.

The buyer is refunded their initial payment = there is no longer any money to collect.
You can't get the item back + the payment...

Mentor7 months agoI doubt that a partial refund is possible if a dispute is open, but as previously advised, the best thing is to contact customer service tomorrow morning.
