Package return not received by the buyer
A buyer warns me that they can't go to the pickup point; so the parcel was sent back to me. this buyer says they never received the parcel and opens a dispute. What should I do?

Include the parcel tracking in the response you need to make to his dispute...
and that you are holding the parcel at his disposal/return upon payment of the shipping costs.

Mentor1 month agoYou need to ask him to pay you directly
by check, bank transfer, PayPal or otherwise...
while warning him that his "eBay buyer guarantee" is lost.
Otherwise, you can also refund him the amount of the transaction, shipping costs deducted----->
