Parcel return after receiving the wrong item
Summary: nauno1976 received an incorrect item for his vehicle and is trying to make a return, but the seller is asking him to pay the shipping costs. After opening a dispute, eBay said that the return was at his expense, even though the error was the seller's. *miss-tigri* suggests that the seller may be abroad, which would make it difficult to issue a return shipping label, and shares a link to eBay's return instructions.
Hello, I ordered an item specific to my vehicle and I received a different item that doesn't fit. I am making a return request, but the seller is asking me to send the item back at my own expense and says he will refund me afterward because, according to him, he is unable to provide a return label. I opened a dispute that eBay closed supposedly in my favor and asking me to send the item back to be refunded, but it is not up to me to provide the return method in this case of proven seller error. Can you help me?

If the seller is abroad, it’s possible they may not be able to generate a shipping label.
