hello,
I'm contacting you because I'm looking for a link or an email to contact eBay directly, because the seller doesn't want to refund me if I don't have PayPal. No matter how much I look, I feel like I'm going in circles and always ending up back at my return request with no way to communicate directly with the site.
if you know of a direct way, I'm interested.
